纺丝温度对纤维的结构和性能有很大的影响
纺丝温度的设定取决于原料的熔融指数和对产品物理性能的要求。原料熔融指数越高,相应地纺丝温度越高,反之亦然。纺丝温度直接关系到熔体粘度,温度低。熔体的粘度高,纺丝难以进行,容易产生断丝、僵丝或粗丝团,影响产品的质量。所以,为了降低熔体粘度,提高熔体的流变性,一般采用提高温度的办法。
