PE/PP双组份纤维是皮芯型复合结构,芯层材料为聚丙烯(PP)(熔点165 ℃左右),皮层材料为聚乙烯(PE) (熔点130
℃左右)。热轧熔融时,使用较低温度,皮层熔融粘合,芯层性能保持不变。在与胶粘合时效果好不破坏胶的粘性,可防复合脱层,防橡筋蠕变。无需添加柔软剂,爽滑剂,弹性体等助剂。
The PE/PP two-component fiber is a skin core composite structure. The
core material is polypropylene (PP) (melting point is 165 degrees or
so), and the cortical material is polyethylene (PE) (melting point is
130 degrees or so). During the hot rolling and melting, the lower
temperature is used, the cortex is fused and glued, and the core layer
properties remain unchanged. When glued with the glue, the effect does
not destroy the adhesive viscosity, and can prevent the compound
delamination and prevent the creep of the rubber band. There is no need
to add softeners, skid agents, elastomers and other additives.
