熔喷非织造布具有纤维细、孔隙多而孔隙尺寸小的优点,应用于气体过滤领域:
Melt blown nonwovens have the advantages of fine fiber, many pores and small pore size, which are used in the field of gas filtration.
气体过滤:医用口罩、室内空调机过滤材料、滤清器滤材等 为提高过滤效果,可减小纤维细度、增加滤材的密度,但会造成过滤阻力的明显增加。 驻极处理让熔喷非织造材料带静电,可通过静电效应提高其过滤效果。 驻极处理的熔喷非织造布,因带有持久的静电,可依靠静电效应捕集微细尘埃,因此具有过滤效率高,过滤阻力低等优点。
Gas filtration: medical mask, indoor air conditioner filter material, filter material and so on, in order to improve filtration effect, it can reduce fiber fineness and increase density of filter material, but it will cause obvious increase of filtration resistance. The electret treatment allows the melt blown nonwovens to be electrostatic and can improve the filtering effect by the electrostatic effect. The electret melt blown nonwovens, owing to the persistent static electricity, can rely on the electrostatic effect to catch the fine dust. Therefore, it has the advantages of high filtration efficiency and low filtration resistance.
